This is the fifth event in a series of six.

Location:

Parking will be in the car park at the west end of Waterloo Road, Middlesbrough, at grid reference NZ 495195.  The postcode is TS1 3QJ.

Registration will be in the Olympia Building, which is to the north-west of the car park.

Terrain: Flat urban terrain within the University Campus.  (There are no roads to cross.)

Long2.5 km
Medium     1.8 km
Short1.2 km

You can run a second course for free!

Scale 1:3,000     A4 size.

The control descriptions will be printed on the maps, and separate loose copies will be available at Registration.

Punching system:

SPORTident electronic punching will be used.

SI-cards will be available for loan (free) on the evening.  Please look after your borrowed SI card as there will be a £40 charge if you lose it.

Registration: 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Starts: 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.         Courses close at 7:45 p.m.
Fees:
Seniors on the Medium or Long course:     £4.00
Seniors on the Short course:£1.50
Juniors / Students (with ID):£1.50
Facilities: Toilets in the Olympia building.  Free bottled water at Download.  First aid at Registration.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome at this event, and can be taken out into the competition area.
