This is the sixth and final event in the 2018 Summer Series.

"The Stray" is a narrow strip of dunes between the beach and the A1185 coast road between Redcar and Marske.

Registration, start and finish will be adjacent to the public car park at the Marske end of the dunes at grid reference NZ 631232.  The nearest postcode is TS11 6AR (but please note that this is on the edge of Marske, a short distance SE of the car park).

Click on the link to see a map.  You can zoom in (and, optionally, switch to Satellite mode) to see the details of the final approach to the event.  You can also get directions if you put in your starting location.

Please park tidily in the public car park.

Courses will use the narrow strip of dunes running north-west from Marske, together with the adjacent beach and mown grassy areas.  Many small paths weave along the intricate shapes of the dunes.

Note: The marram grass can be scratchy.  We recommend that you wear full leg cover.
