Once again we are having a CLOK Summer Social at which we will have fun, enjoy some food and announce the winners of the Joe Wright Trophy and other awards.

East Harlsey Village Hall is in the centre of East Harlsey, on the one road through the village.  The postcode is DL6 2DB.

Pizzashed will be selling pizzas – vegetarian and meat options will be available.  Follow this link to see the menu.
Note: You can also request a "half-and-half" pizza with two different toppings.

To help Pizzashed with their planning and logistics, it would be useful if you could pre-order your pizza(s) by contacting Jackie on 07590-499728.  If you're sending a text message, remember to specify which type(s) of pizza(s) you'd like and approximately when you'd like them to be ready.  It will be possible to order pizzas on the night but, as we generally say when we're offering entry on the day "your choice of course / topping may be limited by map / ingredient availability"!

The village hall has a bar, which takes card or cash payments and is well stocked with alcoholic and soft drinks.

There will be an orienteering maze set up outside to provide some entertainment (and exercise) and, maybe, to see who is quickest.

• The maze will be open from 6:15 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• The estimated winning time is 30 seconds and you can have as many goes as you like.
• Please bring your own SI card if you can.
  Note: Contactless punching (SIAC) will not be enabled.  You'll need to remember how to punch the conventional way!

The annual Klub awards will be presented at about 6:45 p.m.

We're sharing this Social Evening with East Harlsey villagers to make it worthwhile for both Pizzashed and the bar volunteers.  We've invited the villagers to have a go at the maze, so please do be welcoming and give any novices a helping hand.
