Organiser's comments

Many thanks to all of you intrepid souls who came out to enjoy Becky King's courses on Ayton Moor today.  This was her first time planning a Regional Event, so congratulations to her for making the courses sufficiently challenging (or is that called "rather tough" 😀).  Of course, the cold, wet weather also contributed to the challenge!

• Parking marshals Mark Davis, Sue Peel, Angel Summer Will and Jules Simpson
• Rob Bailey, Mark Bown, Isla Mathieson and Dean Yates, who helped Becky and Charles to collect in the controls after the event, enabling us all to leave Ayton Moor – well cleared! – well before dusk ...... which is always good news for a Winter event.

I'm now looking forward to the Short Race in Locke Park, Redcar, next Saturday.
