Entries for the CompassSport Cup should be made the online entry system on the CLOK web site. There will be no entry on the day. The entry system (which is for CLOK members only) will close at midnight on Friday 7-Feb-2025. If you would like to pre-enter the Colour Coded courses – Light Green and Yellow – please contact Alice Rigby. You can also enter these courses on the day. |

CLOK will pay the entry fees for people competing for the klub on the CompassSport Cup courses and for CLOK Juniors doing the Light Green course. (Note: Children of CLOK members count as 'CLOK Juniors' for this purpose.) The entry fees for the Colour Coded courses are £10 for Seniors, £5 for Junors on the Light Green course and free for Juniors on the Yellow course. |

The CompassSport Cup
The CompassSport Cup (CSC) is an interclub competition with regional heats and a final, which this year is at South Gare, near Radcar. The competition is split into the Cup (for 'large' clubs) and the Trophy (for 'small' clubs).
This year CLOK is in the Cup competition and we will be competing against AIRE and SYO in our regional heat.
The top club goes to the final. However, as CLOK is organising the final we automatically qualify for it irrespective of our result in the heat.
Courses
Each age group is allocated to a colour-coded course from Orange to Brown, as shown in this table.

Some of the courses are divided into separate classes. For example, there are separate Blue Men and Blue Women classes.
In each class, the winner gets 100 points, and the score for lower places drops by 1 or 2 points per place depending on whether the class is categorised as "large" or "small".
Please note that Juniors cannot be shadowed if they're competing in the CSC competition.
There will also be Light Green and Yellow courses available on an "entry on the day" basis the event for runners who are not taking part in the main event.
The club will pay all entry fees for the CompassSport Cup runners.
