This course uses multiple locations across the Cleveland area. You will go from being a complete orienteering beginner to being able to complete an &#8216;orange&#8217; standard (beginners &#8211; intermediate) orienteering course and then from an &#8216;orange&#8217; to &#8216;green&#8217; standard (intermediate &#8211; hard) course. If you have previous orienteering experience or have already completed Part 1 of C2G you are still welcome to join this course!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course will be run as two groups in conjunction with each other this Spring. This means at <strong>every outdoors coached session there will be a walkers group (Couch2Green) and a runners group (Track2Green)<\/strong>. If you are a walker or aiming to slowly build up your running from scratch you should enter the walker&#8217;s group which will aim to build up to 3-5km of orienteering by the last session.
