EMAIL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

If you would like to receive email reminders about future CLOK events then sign up for the CLOK email notification system.

You will receive short reminder emails (with a link to further information on the CLOK web site):-

• On the Wednesday or Thursday before a weekend local event.
• About a week before pre-entries close for a Regional Event.
• About three or four days before a mid-week (e.g. Summer Series) event.

You will be able to remove your email address from the system at any time.

To sign up to the CLOK email notification system, just send an email to the CLOK Webmaster saying "Please add my email address to the notification system".
