Cleveland Orienteering Klub (CLOK) is a friendly club, where Orienteering is accessible and caters for all age groups, so feel free to bring your kids along to give them a turn.

Junior Trainings

Neil Hunter runs Junior training for CLOK Junior Members every month around the Teesside / North York Moors Area. These trainings are family-friendly, and we encourage the parents to take part too. Neil keeps these sessions fun and sociable with snacks and hot drinks, Orienteering games, as well as lots of new learnings! Our junior membership is only £5, and membership information can be found here. Please contact our Club development Officer (Rachel) – cdo@clok.org.uk, and she will guide you to Neil and his sessions.

North East Junior Squad (NEJS)

The North East Junior Squad (NEJS) takes part in the Junior Inter Regionals Competition each year, as well as organising training weekends and coaching days. More Information can be found on the North East Orienteering Association Website here.

Yvette Baker Trophy Heat & Final

The Yvette Baker Trophy Heat (YBTH) is taking place on the 2nd of June in Harrogate. The Yvette Baker Trophy is a competition between the juniors of the clubs, and although we only have 5 counting runners, every CLOK junior we have run can be pushing down members from other clubs to help us get to the final.

We are very keen to welcome all juniors along to events and into the club, so bring your kids along to the events and we can offer some support and guidance to get them out on a course.
